Partnering as an assistant with AssistPro means taking control of your schedule based on the agreement with the client. We provide our contracted assistants with the necessary resources to showcase your skill set and prepare for the client interview.

Our Matching Process

At AssistPro, we are passionate about bringing great people together through delegation. We have three unique ways that we do this which distinguish our efforts from the competition.

Right Fit Consultation with Clients

We spend a lot of time getting to know our clients so that we can match you with the right person. We talk with them about things like systems and tools they may use, but also about things like relationship building, personality styles, communication styles, and core values to ensure we create an all-around great fit for both of you.

Interview Preparation with You

After this Right Fit Consultation with the client, we then turn to our assistants and select our top two candidates to interview with the client. Because we care about more than just what’s on the resume, we share a lot about what we’ve learned about the client with these candidates. One of the ways we can gauge if it’s going to be a good fit is by the excitement the assistant shows in this conversation. If the assistant is asking questions and showing enthusiasm, it’s a sign that we have found a good match.

Matchmaking

The greatest benefit to you AND the client is our role as matchmakers.  Neither you nor the clients have to spend hours searching for jobs, reading resumes, or having endless, repetitive interview conversations—we’ve gotten to know both parties well, and use our proprietary matching process to find the Right Fit.
