The Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association will present “Having it All Without Doing it All: How Effective Delegation Can Build Your Business – and Change Your Life” from 8-9:30 a.m. March 23 at the Palmetto Electric Community Room, 1 Cooperative Way in Hardeeville.

The event will focus on educating people on the importance of delegation in building a business and how to “delegate more efficiently.” It will offer “easy-to-implement tips” that organizers say will help participants “improve their quality of life,” at both work and at home.

The seminar, according to a press release, will teach attendees how to, “overcome the fear of delegating that many people have, which often holds them back from growing their businesses, and learn some effective delegation strategies that can enable people to take back their time and change their lives.”

Jenna Spencer is the featured speaker for “Having it All Without Doing it All: How Effective Delegation Can Build Your Business – and Change Your Life,” on March 23.

The featured speaker will be Jenna Spencer, “one of the country’s top leaders in the area of Delegation Mastery™ and the founder of Delegation Works.”

“Jenna brings a truly unique perspective to the topic of delegation, based on her front-row seat to seeing how delegation has made such a tremendous difference in the lives of her many clients over the years,” said Meg James, executive officer at the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association (HHAHBA).  “We are excited to have her speak here at HHAHBA and share her insights with both members and the general community.”
